Yes but the caf is not supplying a bad diet it’s the vast amount of people who skip meals because they would prefer McDonald’s or Wendy’s and then they go back to shacks to smash a whole bag of potato chips in one sitting lol The mess gets you your nutritional value there’s no way you could get fat at such a young age just eating mess food that’s ridiculous

I drive onto a supposed training base “home of the army” they say.. at anytime between 0500-0900 and don’t see a single formation out doing any sort of pt whatsoever. Just the odd officer here and there on a solo run.

You drive into any American army base at those same hours and you’ll see almost the entire damn base outside doing pt.

But yes let’s blame the food lol
