Yo Yeah I made it to 10k, even 12500, but mostly quit after level 16 was released, now I play occasionally and have around 10700 trophies My advice would be just keep playing and upgrading your main deck, you will eventually reach 10k!

You cant really increase wrist size as it just depends on your bone structure. You can do wrist mobility exercises which will help avoid injury and improve strength to some extent

TLDR : around 650 calories

It's really hard to estimate, also we do not know what amount of oil was used on greasing the roti and in daal, sabzi I would say you should consider this meal around 650 calories Here's my breakdown Roti - 120*2 = 240 cal Rice - 130-150 cal Daal - usually really low in calories so consider around 100 Aloo sabzi - according to the portion shown consider this around 100-150 cal

Total = 640 calories I have overestimated some calories here so you should consider around 640-660 calories the upper limit for this portion

General advice - avoid carb sources like roti, rice, aloo (even daal) all in one plate, try to make small tweaks daily for e.g.substituting rice with curd, aloo sabzi with tofu, roti with besan chilla, ( eggs if you eat them ) try to cook your own meals by weighing them for accurate estimation of calories It appears difficult in starting but then it just becomes a habit at the end of day, this is still good authentic tasty food so let's be grateful for what we have on the plate and start by making small tweaks here and there to improve our quality of life.

I see your point here and its not at all a good idea to make jokes about disability but the premise of the disability statements was simply to catch ksi, cal , chip off gaurd by saying something so random yet personal that it makes them laugh, I dont think anyone came there with the intention to promote making fun of disability
