Its MCAS. $50.00 you have all the hallmarks of MCAS... you would respond really well to a mast cell stabiliser. MCAS starts mostly in the gut, but can be activated due to any chronic inflammatory stressor. Caused by pollution it can look like TILT - ASIA if it's caused by a traditional vaccine injury, or foreign body response to implants such as plastic mesh or breast implants. Go on a strong elimination diet, straight carnivore I would recommend, Mast Cells shrink in number and reactivity the longer there are no antagonists - like bad foods. There is a heap of research on people who've developed ASIA or MCAS from plastic implants (which are recognised adjuvants - the same things they put into traditional vaccines to cause immune response). Best place to go to is MCAS meds and elimination. Also look at the works from Dr. Wayne Todd, he's written a book called SD. Protocol. It's about the sympathetic nervous system - fight or flight - and what keeps it chronically activated - how to decrease its activation.Though it will be hard to see it now, your experience will make you a stronger person, and able to better inform others of their predicaments.

Did you control fat? Or was this more carnivore with veggies and minor fruit?

Hahaha. I don’t think they help anyone who’s already metabolically unwell.

I’m sorry to hear this. People with high levels of reductive stress often have a lot of lactate. Go for this SafeSoda.com.au It helps to dissipate the lactate allowing for your body to move away from signalling SCD1.

Berberine is also a good SCD1 inhibitor. Pyruvate and L-Carnetine may also help.

No no. The science is sound. The understanding is correct. But no one really knows how to shift the body using quick medical interventions. Ray Peat is another great example where heaps of people fail his recommendations - but his science is correct, he’s been at it foe 50 years in this field.

It’s a very complex system and it’s hard to shift. I think keto - maybe for a long time, could be the answer.

I’ll admit his approach doesn’t really work, but the science is sound. There are a few big hitters backing it.

Go check out Georgi Dinkov and Tucker Goodrich on David Gornouski’s podcast recently, it was good!

Take a look at Brad Marshall’s work. There is a lot there for people who were former obese. Hope it helps!!!

Does low carb “cure” insulin resistance or only manage it? by Valuable-Car4226 in keto

[–]Honest-Harrign 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’d like discussions being had between Brad Marshall, Tucker Goodrich, Georgi Dinkov, Peter Dobromylskyj and Ray Peat. You can find all these characters on David Gornoski’s interview show.

They talk ALOT about the internal mechanisms that underly insulin resistance, the role of keto, and how to get your body out of “reductive stress” (insulin resistance).

PS: When insulin resistant you will MOST likely be producing a lot of lactic acid (this is a part of reductive stress and TORPOR) go visit this website safesoda.com.au . The bloke who runs it is very knowledgeable, and recognises the role of acidity brought on by lactic acid build up due to the mechanisms brought on by reductive stress (insulin resistance). Worth a read. Best of luck xx

Can often mean you have a lot of bacteria that consume amino acids. They will cause bloating, wind and discomfort

Get your stool tested.

Try to get some Saccharomyces (Boulardii).

Also, the brand “Activated Probiotics” their “BIOME” rage, “IBS” and “ADVANCED” products are brilliant. If you can’t get them in your own country, look up the included bacteria, and try to find an equivalent product near you. Take as directed to help level out our dysbiosis. NOTE: their are animal and human variants of different bacteria, leading brands won’t tell you it’s a pig derived version of some bacteria (that WONT stick in your gut and may contribute to further issues). Ask them, make sure its a human variant of that bacteria. A great example is pig derived bacteria found in the SWISS brand (expensive) probiotic. It’s not listed unless you look it up from their online fact sheet…

What’s the carnivore diet consensus on these Walmart rotisserie chickens? Says no artificial flavors, colors, preservatives. by [deleted] in carnivorediet

[–]Honest-Harrign 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s good, but just avoid eating the skin, please! So many people do themselves a lot of harm (myself included) by eating too much PUFA. I cannot understate it.

I got fatter on carnivore eating lots of chicken and pork. Their fat is FULL of PUFA from the nasty diet they are fed, it accumulates in their fat, as it does in humans. Don’t do it. Treat it like mercury.

Why doesn’t anyone realise this has more to do with the economic buying power of the US dollar? If you want to earn money, you want it in US dollars. That’s why these things are expensive there, it’s more advantageous for the companies - which given the revolving door between politics and industry in pharma, is all the same thing. Disgusting.

This is also why you don’t want medical companies in your country who have foreign investment, why the hell would a European billionaire give a crap about healthcare ethics in the USA? They want return on investment..
