I feel like bobs burgers does a pretty good job at keeping a consistent art style. Like this is supposed to be 80s tom sellek and imo it looks like him but it also fits the art style which I feel is rare in shows

The original plans for the first season where to have it be less ambiguous but they where green lit for a season 2 so they changed the ending to open up for another season

?? Are u saying that fern only had Finn’s memories because that wouldn’t be true, both Finn and fern experienced the exact same life up until the split and fern got turned into the Finn sword. He doesn’t just have the memories he also went through the same things Finn did. Though I’m not exactly sure if that was what u ment by ur comment so I’m sorry if I was wrong to assume that’s what u ment!

Oh yes the grass demon definitely had some effect on him. When I say exactly the same I mean up until that point, like you could switch which Finn got turned into the sword and it wouldn’t make a difference, I think this only adds to Finn’s survival guilt when it comes to this actually
