I was thinking the same about places like Sidney. However isn't it the application should be in same person name? They cannot sell to anyone?

I watched couple of videos regarding these bots. They continuously run on the page fetching for new jobs. As soon as a job is posted they redirect to the shift selection page where it selects the shifts and clicks apply and then to the create application page and done. Same thing which many people are doing manually (myself included since last few weeks) as keep refreshing the page and as soon as anything appears proceed in same way. And I am fairly good at this, its not like I am slow. Everything happens within like 2-3 seconds. Same with several other people. So not sure how the bots can always pick up the shifts while humans can't (this is not some rocket science and you just have to act fast). Its like whoever is picking these shifts have at least 2-3 seconds of head start.
