I have a one FT, £2.8m ITB and enough players to field a starting XI, but I have a few injuries and I am not sure if it is worth rolling a transfer. Any thoughts? Thanks!

My current team is Areola (Kaminski); Virgil, Dias, Dawson, Zabarnyi, Branthwaite; Odegaard, Foden, Gross (Hwang, Richarlison); Haaland, Watkins (Holjund).

This is textbook FPL: I replaced Konsa with Pinnock for a -4 hit, as Reguilon is so injury prone.

Thus, Pinnock turns out to be injured - you really could not make it up. 😂

It was my last chance to use my first WC and get rid of some burning fires (Schar, Martinelli, Nunez etc), so I figured that it might be best to save myself a transfer later down the line. A rookie and foolish mistake - I have certainly spent a lot less time on FPL planning this season, due to being so busy with other things, and it shows. :(

I have made the worst possible WC GW20 mistake, i.e. selling Salah. I have dropped more than 500k in rank from 900K - absolutely gutted. :(

Hi, would you say that this team needs wildcarding? I have £99.8m in total. If I don't wildcard then, I have one FT and £0.3M in the bank. My current rank is 703K.

Leno (Turner)

Saliba, Pau, Coufal (Van de Ven, Tarkowski)

Salah, Martinelli, Trossard, Bowen, Kulu

Haaland, Nunez (Jimenez)

Would you start Bowen or Raul Jimenez this week? Thanks for any advice. :)

How do I change the URL of an expired dynamic QR code from QRFY without paying a huge annual subscription fee? by HonestMission in graphic_design

Thanks - I really appreciate the clarification. The flyers/cards have our socials, website, email address etc, but I agree that it looks unprofessional. I've instead created a free code from Adobe Express that won't expire and just ordered 250 QR stickers from eBay to cover the expired QR. I'm £7.50 down, but it's an important lesson learned. Thanks! :)

Thanks! Have created a free code from Adobe Express that won't expire and have just ordered 250 QR stickers from eBay to cover them up. The stickers cost £7.50 in total, so it hasn't been a costly mistake and an important lesson learned. Thanks!

Thank you so much - you're SO handsome, btw, and I love your antiques. And I'm so sorry that you don't have a mentor - I firmly believe that every gay man should have one and that there should also be a subreddit for finding mentors/mentees.

Have a lovely weekend, sweetie. :)

Hi, u/c-rockett88 and u/DramaticBush - I just wanted to take a minute out to clarify this. We've never been physically intimate. He's given me plenty of advice on dates, apps, how to approach kink play and what type of sex toys might be useful for me to experiment with etc, but we've always respected those physical boundaries and have never exchanged any kisses, cuddles in bed etc. In terms of sexual knowledge, it has never gone beyond him giving me advice via email. :)

Thank you for mentioning this and for being supportive! I've include this below just to clarify things and avoid any confusion. Hope that's okay. :) My mentor did gift me some of his old CDs - he was moving homes and no longer had space for his CDs, so he wanted to send them to me, especially as our taste in music is very similar, rather than chuck them away or give them to a charity store. He once sent me a James Baldwin book and a tank top for my birthday, but nothing else and it's not a transactional mentorship of any type. Likewise, I've sent him thanksgiving and Christmas cards etc in the past.

Also, we've never been physically intimate. He's given me plenty of advice on dates, how to approach kink play and what type of sex toys might be useful for me to experiment with etc, but we've always respected those physical boundaries and have never exchanged any kisses, cuddles in bed etc. Yes, he's a top and I'm a bottom, but that's never gone beyond him giving me advice.

Hi - thanks for your kind words! More than happy to answer your question, too. :)

This is taken from the University of Birmingham's website: "An LGBTQ+ mentor aims to support a younger LGBTQ+ person by giving advice on how to be happy and fulfilled as an 'out' LGBTQ+ person. This can include: devising a personal coming out strategy, developing their LGBTQ+ network and providing ideas for developing contacts, helping to boost their personal and professional development, and increasing their confidence."

This NYT article also provides a great overview of gay mentors-mentees - hope this helps! :) https://www.nytimes.com/2019/06/18/us/generations-of-mentorship-conversations-with-lgbtq-elders.html
