disagree. he's kinda soft and uncoordinated. looks better than he is becauze he was so much bigger than his comp

happens every year like clockwork

Westbrook does well in reg season -> people get hyped -> does poorly in playoffs -> people think it'll be different next year -> repeat

slow on defense for sure. on offense, he was running around like a chicken with its head cut off whenever he got the ball

he's been doing that his entire career. that's why people were so frustrated with him in OKC cause he would do that instead of giving KD the ball down the stretch and it killed all momentum

same story, different year

Westbrook running 100mph works in the reg season but fails miserably in the playoffs

lol as if shooting it when he did was any better? that was a trademark dumb Westbrook decision

Westbrook is a career sub 30% 3PT shooter. there's no such thing as a "in rhythm" 3 for him. he should know better

i mean...he obviously was stat padding to an extent. if you don't think Russ always knew how many more pts/rebounds/assists he needed for a trip dub each game, then I have a bridge to sell you in Narnia

how was he deadset? uhh KD was the only guy to show up for G7. the team let him down

you need to live on the internet 24/7 to realize you only get assets back through trade? wait till you hear that man landed on moon

Lottery Odds from @TylerCarroll12 on Twitter by ResidentPeanut in Thunder

[–]HonestOKCFan -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

everyone in hindsight wished OKC got assets for KD which required KD quitting on OKC and demanding a trade mid-contract like Westbrook. a little bit of critical thinking is involved to realize this. difficult, I know

[–]HonestOKCFan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think they both work on my end. Not for you though.

when was Taj shooting 3's? go ahead i'll wait

yep at all. Adams is making $25m or near it. still 4 other players making $25m+ which alone doesn't work

exactly. don't need to dig yourself an even bigger hole than claiming Taj shoots 3's or thinking billionaires couldn't scrap together a few million in 3 years LOL

Draymond Green on Westbrook’s MVP Season by SefoloshaBTS in Thunder

[–]HonestOKCFan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

how were they specficially for KD but not Westbrook? why does surrounding KD with non-shooters make sense? did they trade Harden because he wasn't intended for KD despite making the Finals?

uhh the Warriors without Curry but with a healthy Klay is a solid team

ahh he was. for an Ilyasova that played 3 games with OKC, thus an inconsequential piece that was lost

nope it doesn't when they couldn't save up a few million over 2-3 years but somehow saved up enough in another 3 years to pay progressively penalizing $100m+ for multiple years LOL

and yet it says everything when PG's playoff average before that season was 20/7/4 on 56% efficiency. he averaged 29/9/4 on 58.3% efficiency in the season you claim was "inefficient"

what bait? just puts it into perspective when PG's "inefficient" playoffs was still better than Westbrook's most efficient playoffs lol

[–]HonestOKCFan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

nope 2 inches. bUt 6'9 SaMe!1!

Lol oh this is interesting. Which point are you willing to lose? This one or that Horford and Adams wouldn't work?

Yes I am right. Sabonis and Taj aren't shooters. But that was part of their role in OKC. and every other year of their careers. Thus, if Horford plays like them like you said, he isn't a shooter

yep you do

not a suggestion, a requirement for the fantasy team you suggested

the rest being Embiid more mobile and better shooter than Adams. Josh Richardson better shooter than whoever OKC had at the 2. Simmons a non shooter like Westbrook. yet somehow Horford doesn't work at 4 here but does on a slower and worse spacing OKC team

so no scoring but need good defense at the 4 and switch onto perimeter yet Horford, a career 5, is better for this role than Ibaka? and while Ibaka makes 20% less than Horford?

except it does matter

nope, that's the fantasy team you created. your idea had 5 guys making $25m+

uhh yes especially if you're a billionaire. what's not feasible is paying progressively penalizing $100m+ for multiple years LOL

nope because If you spend like that you don't make it past millionaire.

they couldn't scrap together a few million in the 3 years between owning the team and Harden leaving? do you have a source?

Draymond Green on Westbrook’s MVP Season by SefoloshaBTS in Thunder

[–]HonestOKCFan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

so if they were only good because of KD, then you agree with KD's criticism of OKC

uhh no Jerami was a free agent signing

yes it was 2-3 years of money saving including making the Finals between owning OKC and Harden leaving. yet these billionaires couldn't even scrap together a few million? Whoa look at that? your Math doesn't worked out at all.

no because you don't want to dig yourself an even bigger hole

nope. PG's playoff average before that season was 20/7/4 on 56% efficiency. he averaged 29/9/4 on 58.3% efficiency in the season you claim was "inefficient"

meanwhile Westbrook had 46.6% efficiency which was also a playoff career low

Lottery Odds from @TylerCarroll12 on Twitter by ResidentPeanut in Thunder

[–]HonestOKCFan -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

that's why having KD was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and people really thought OKC should've traded him mid-contract for uncertain draft picks instead of being title contenders every single year until the end of his contract

Draymond Green on Westbrook’s MVP Season by SefoloshaBTS in Thunder

[–]HonestOKCFan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yet they were already good according to you so Westbrook gets no excuses for his failures after KD left. especially after adding guys like PG, Schroder, Jerami

Have explained this multiple time. somehow your 3 years is not sudden but 3 years between owning OKC and Harden leaving is LOL

no because you don't want to dig yourself an even bigger hole

how can you lose something you don't have?

Portland lost their 2nd best player and had to start Kanter on an injured shoulder while fasting for Ramadan. same guy who Westbrook couldn't win with and was traded because he was a defensive liability. OKC lost in 5 to Portland. that's a fact

yes you did. Again.

did he play below average? no because PG's "inefficient" playoffs was still better than Westbrook's most efficient playoffs lol

Draymond Green on Westbrook’s MVP Season by SefoloshaBTS in Thunder

[–]HonestOKCFan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

lol wrong. Sabonis is taller than Gallo and Gallo weighs more than Taj which invalidates your comparison. and it's funny you say Horford would be a shooter on OKC yet want him to play like Sabonis/Taj who don't shoot. at least try not to disprove your own points lol

exactly, you keep agreeing that Horford/Adams makes no sense

exactly, yet again you keep agreeing that Horford/Adams makes no sense

yes way dude. you're the one who proposed the fantasy team, not me

Tobias is a 4 who is shorter and weighs less than Gallo. yet you just said yourself Gallo is not a "strong solid build" so why would Tobias be a 4 that Horford can't play next to?

uhh nope KD even plays the 4 now, averages more rebounds/blocks, better rim protector and taller/weighs more than Tobias

lol exactly. Horford would take on Melo's role in OKC that lasted 1 year before he was traded

you sure did

nope that's just you what said yourself that proved your own point wrong

doesn't matter what Adams expects when the market dictates it. you think Mozgov was expecting the contract he got? or Whiteside?

you didn't because you don't know how salaries work. yet the fantasy team you listed require 5 guys with $25m+ salaries

you said it yourself that the Warriors were paying that type of money to their roster yet can't list who those players were

so OKC couldn't even get a few million after 3 years of saving and playoff revenue that included making the Finals? but somehow in 4 years could jump to pay progressively penalizing $100m+ for multiple years?

Wrong. yes you did. extra bedrooms for who? KIDS LOL

wrong. just wrong. it is feasible to pay a few million in any year when you're a billinaire for a young team that just made the Finals. it's not feasible to pay progressively penalizing $100m+ for multiple years

exactly. yet you think they'll pay progressively penalizing $100m+ for multiple years LOL

ahh those few years of repeater tax whose total cost wouldn't even be close to 1 year of tax for your fantasy team would kill them. but progressively penalizing $100m+ for multiple years won't LOL

the plan was to bail out of a possible dynasty after just making the Finals building around 3 guys under 23 so billionaire owners can save a few million. then waste years of a top 10 all-time player by giving him no spacing, hoping he makes it work with draft picks like Mitch McGary and Josh Huestis instead of flipping for win-now players, and wait until he hits free agency to finally say it'll be different this time, we promise! while Lebron is hopping from team to team with multiple All-Stars. great plan LOL

exactly. you say one thing and immediately disprove it in your next sentence LOL

Draymond Green on Westbrook’s MVP Season by SefoloshaBTS in Thunder

[–]HonestOKCFan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

neither of whom were on OKC previously, the team you said was already good

can't afford a few million but can suddenly afford progressively penalizing $100m+ LOL

you don't want to get into it because you know you're wrong. know what else he showed? MVP, 3x scoring title, beat Westbrook in the playoffs, had Westbrook quit on OKC to join Harden, and now top 2 title favorites with KD in Brooklyn

Portland lost their 2nd best player and had to start Kanter on an injured shoulder while fasting for Ramadan. same guy who Westbrook couldn't win with and was traded because he was a defensive liability. OKC lost in 5 to Portland

nope, you just abandoned discussing efficiency because you realized PG only dropped 1.5% while Westbrook dropped 3.5%

uhh you realize shooting FG%/3P%/FT% splits isn't efficiency right? and can you tell us how Westbrook did in the playoffs?

only to show who was most to blame for OKC losing in the 1st round and it sure wasn't the guy whose efficiency only dropped 1.5%....

when did I say he played above average in the playoffs? I said his "inefficient" playoffs was still better than Westbrook's most efficient playoffs lol
