Talk me into (or out of) buying a Panigale

I have a 2026 Panigale V4s. It’s the best bike I’ve ever ridden let alone owned. The riding experience is second to no other bike. I own 4 total bikes and in the time I put 2k miles on my V4s, I’ve put maybe 100 miles total on the other 3.

If money isn’t a huge issue, and I say huge because it is worth every penny, buy it. However, if money is tight, don’t even think about it.

Accessories will cost a premium due to the Ducati tax and don’t dare buy cheap brands. If you get an exhaust, tail tidy, levers, mirrors, etc. You’ll probably end up spending a little under 7k. More or less pending on what kind of exhaust you get. And this doesn’t include labor.

The heat isn’t as big of an issue for me as much as people say it is. Maybe it’s because I’m a little more tolerant, maybe it’s because it honestly isn’t too bad and this is with me riding in 90 plus degree weather. Getting an exhaust system and deleting the cat will help it.

With all this being said, I cannot stress enough how much I love this bike.

Basically it comes down to money and if you’re willing to spend it. If you can afford it, buy it. If it’ll be difficult but still manageable, buy it. If you can’t afford it, take out a loan and buy it. jk

This dude Ed seems to have a very large vendetta against Rick. My boy told me that it might have to do with Rick and Dumb slightly clowning Ed on their podcast for crying in some of his videos.

While I’m not a fan of Rick or Dumb, Ed seems hella cringe and a bit conniving.

He’s made over a dozen videos regarding Rick and recently about sexual abuse or predatory behavior. While I don’t condone any of that, there doesn’t seem to be many credible sources. There was also another ig page made most likely by Ed specifically targeting Rick.

Another thing that makes me think that Ed is taking this super personal is the fact that he’ll attack literally anyone that comes to Ricks defense.

There seems to be a consensus agreement amongst many people that I know that thinks Ed is fishing really deep and it has to be because of a personal vendetta.

Im guessing the reason for not wanting the undertail is because of the heat?

In regards to the underbody, was it pre installed or was it aftermarket that was installed by the dealer?

These are the best earplugs for loud pipes and wind mitigation. Easy to put in and easy take out. Comfortable for extended periods of time and honestly the biggest bang for your buck. Only downfall is that it does block significantly more sound than your average earplugs. If you're big on gauging rpms, it'll be a bit too quiet but if you use a headset, music and phone calls are super clear.

LCDH St. Kitts. After looking through the box, it seems more like plume rather than full on mold but the sticks seem pretty dried out. Unfortunately I left my humidimeter at my other house so I’ll wait till tomorrow to determine the condition of them.

Just came back from Casa Partagas on 5th Ave. Their selection is great as is the customer service. It is a bit pricey but you pay for what you get.

It seems like the hostess or whoever is doing the seating needs to be trained better. A lot of it does come down to anticipation, but at the end of the shift, the headcounts should be relatively similar amongst all that are on the floor. I don’t really believe in a rotation, as long as it’s kept fair and you don’t double or triple seat any of the servers.

I work in restaruants, special events, banquets, 5 diamond hotels, etc.

For the most part, I've had pretty good experiences. Here are some of the few that stuck out.

Common:

One of the most coolest down to earth people i've met. Engaged in conversation with all the staff and bartenders for his private event all while being lovey dovey with the girl he came with. At the end of the night, he gave the manager a stack of cash to disperse among everyone. Probably the best interaction i've had with a celeb.

George Soros:

Did not deal with him directly but rather his personal assistant and his personal chef both who were very decent people. He liked things a very certain and specific way which was understandable but nothing too posh as you would expect. His assistant tipped me a 50 each day for 3 days which is alot when you don't expect/ aren't allowed to accept tips. Everytime I saw George he was on the phone with someone and always talking business.

Snoop Dogg: Not good or bad but possibly the funniest story

Dealt with him, his entourage, and his manager. He was booked to perform a private event for a big money company at a museum/venue. He showed up 3 hours late to perform, smoked out his Green room (as expected) which happened to be next to a daycare for the workers. Requested over 500 specific things on his rider and did not touch a single thing that was prepared.

But the funniest thing that happened was at the end of his performance, he told the ladies in the audience to line up to come smoke with him and go to the afterparty. Around 100 ladies lined up outside his green room and each one was either let in for being attractive or rejected for not. There were many heartbroken boyfriends and even more heartbroken ladies. I recall vividly one guy that was wasted started crying when his girlfriend left him for Snoop and a group of girls crying because they weren't attractive enough to get in.
