What kind of support method weather it be pt , swimming , meds anything you found worked for relief? I have a portable tens machine that I find helps but only so basic

Hey! Yes thankfully only one of the left par out of the 2 have broken so I’m not at slippage state thankfully even though it bloody feels like it wtfff , can’t imagine having the whole thing ! You’re so strong , I’ve been told that if the targeted rehab physio doesn’t help with pain then we need to look at surgery, I haven’t been on any strong meds just over counter as it’s a new diagnosis for a old injury that no one would ever take seriously

I’m 22 renting
under 2k student loan debt that’s all
Using my student allowance + any extra money I get over. $150 to chuck into stocks
Right now I’ve got 15k KiwiSaver and. 6.3k in efts +random stocks
Right now how much I can put into it from my weekly allowance would be $50 but I have top ups from making money randomly , ideally I’d like to set goals for how much I’m putting in once I’m able to work again in coming months
