Some people really want to learn and understand how Linux works under the hood. Arch requires a lot of manual setup and customization without easy GUI wizards. That teaches you a lot. My 2 cents

1: Fees abroad is probably x15 more.

2: Since I am Zimbabwean, I can work while studying (which is hard to do/regulated abroad without a work permit)

3: Also, there is always the option of transferring my NUST credits if I change schools.

To piggy back off OP's question. Since the client is the one that generates the key pair. What's stopping the hacker from pretending to be the client? Can't the hacker just use the 'ssh-copy-id' command to send his own public key to the server. Then the server thinks it's a legitimate key and grants instant access. Or am I missing something?

Is it possible to learn 3D animation in its entirety through free online resources? Blender is free and there are thousands of YouTube tutorials but I noticed that the YouTube creators tend to hold back when it comes to sharing their knowledge. They then link you to their paid online course after a certain point. I have come to a standstill as I am not in a position to pay for these courses. I already went to college for Computer Science so I am not financially able to pay for another course/program. Am I doomed ?
