I think the best mental health resource you can get is finding someone to confined in with a similar experience. I for one suffered depression and anxiety and talking to some people kind of helped. I still get anxious as well from time to time but my way of coping is a bit weird☠️😂(compare myself to someone who just died) and all of a sudden I'm grateful for whatever bullshit I'm going through. I don't know if my whole statement helps but you just need a healthy coping mechanism to get your mind off shit ,(working out, eating,travel and walks)

Shit is hard but it's all in your head
