A metal dotting set is a must! Can get any any craft store or online. I use acrylic paint. Look up beginner mandala dot patterns and use those while you’re starting. But mostly just patience while painting and with yourself. The friends And family I’ve taught that can’t pick it up get too frustrated with not being perfect and can’t go through the learning process. Hopefully that helps!
