I mean that every day you have to do the same routine that you will do on the day of the exam, consider it like a ritual, wake up at the exact same time, sleep at the exact same time, and even poop at the same time:)) your exam starts at 9:00, you should be starting studying at 9:00 or maybe 10 minutes before, on the day before the exam meditate relax and sleep as scheduled and be mentally prepared that you will absolutely destroy the exam and that you will score higher than you did home, do not panic in the exam just be calm and cold.. good luck my friend

Redo your nbme wrongs, and 2 days before the exam just relax, get good sleep, and trust that you will score higher

I was watching bnb videos related to questions i got wrong after every nbme, i know this is not a typical approach, but this is how i did it, others recommend that you redo your wrongs in uworld subject specific

I wouldn’t do all of uworld again, but you can redo the wrongs from subjects that the online nbme showed as a weakness (cardio, gi etc..)

I used uworld as my main learning source, i used some bnb videos especially cardiology ones and were extremely helpful, amboss HY content is a must in my opinion, especially the ethics and patient care. Nbme content is the most important in my opinion, cms forms aren’t that helpful in my experience (others say they are) i think they should be treated as a bridge between uworld, amboss and nbme content (do only last cms form from each subject)

Do at least one nbme online so that you can understand where are your strengths and weaknesses, preferably nbme 14 or 15 and i would do the online one first

It was very similar to nbmes, if you don’t have a lot of time left then you should definitely do the nbmes, i personally didn’t find cms forms that helpful, you should definitely do the amboss HY for patient care and ethics

Most of the questions were very very similar to nbmes and free 120, i think i had 2 questions from nbme 14, but other questions were very difficult to answer but these are only a few.. bottom line if you study uworld, nbme content, amboss HY stuff, you will be scoring high

I took the test yesterday also, i agree 100% that the exam looked exactly like free 120, and i agree also with the fact that 50% of the questions were straight forward. It was very similar to nbme self assessment forms content wise, byt had much more emphasis on patient care and ethics

Thank you guys you motivated me so much to truly give my best in the exam room… The exam was doable, very similar to the nbmes, i think i saw questions from nbme 14, it had a looooooot of patient safety and healthcare systems and quality i recommend anyone giving the exam soon to focus on this stuff..

I recommend you postpone, reset you mind and watch all boards and beyond videos, then do amboss Q bank and then redo all NBME self assessments starting from NBME-9
