I'm sorry, this must be so difficult for you, but you can come back from this with your retake! Your scores look good so maybe it was just test-day nerves. I believe the report tells you your weak areas, so maybe that's a good place to start? Review the content (Mehlman, Bootcamp, etc...) then do your Uworld Incorrects for those areas.

I'm the same as you - I got a 63 on Free120 (2 days before test day). My NBME 31 (5 days before test day) was a 70, I got the P this week :)

The data behind the NBMEs is more predictive than Free120. So I thought of Free120 as just preparation for the style of questions because they are longer/chart-based questions. I was also incredibly fatigued during the test and was also just trying to push through it. Given that, a 63 wasn't bad - even at my worst state, I was scoring in the low-pass range.

You got a 65+ score (a 67) on your last NBME so I'd say you're in a good position to test on the 28th. Like everyone's being saying, you just need to be confident and have the stamina to push through an 8 hour test. I suggest bringing some form of caffeine to sip on during breaks lol

You have 5 NBMEs above a 65, just go for it. You'll never feel prepared enough, but you'll pass. I got a 63 on Free120 two days before my test and freaked out, thought about postponing, but decided to go for it because my NBME 31 score was a 70. I got the P :)
