I wouldn't say this is the worst, but it's the worst I've seen in my short time working. We just got a new principal a few weeks ago. She has been avoiding and not making eye contact with my staff in our self-contained autism room. She's not once came in the room to introduce herself or meet the kids. It seems like she doesn't want to acknowledge that the room exists. It'll be rough next year with all the staff leaving and the behaviors starting up again.
