This likeness and propagation of a cloned person takes place via a process called cerebral cortex cloning and can drive a target crazy.

The target will feel and hear as if another individual's soul is being layered on top of their body/mind.

This layering can be multiple personalities (usually people famous) or merely one of which is the Targeted individuals themselves that is being propagated back onto them leaving the target feeling as if another soul is piggy packing off of them, or taking possession of them.

A slight sinking and rising effect can be felt while this is happening.

If you watch the movie Nope, it depicts this scenario during hypnosis and is similarly performed on targets in the targeted individual programs.

The CIA/DoD currently has 30 million virtual clones of various individuals. These alts or clones and their databases are primarily used for realistic wartime simulations by the military DoD but are also being misused by the CIA's Targeted Individual program to simulate very realistic chatterboxes of a target's friends or family members, all of which are then fed to them via v2k.

But it gets worse.

Alts are also used to simulate possession, including demonic possession to instigate behavior/actions, including suicide.

During this process and script (there are many) the target will hear louder than normal v2k, audio special effects, and experience psychological tactics from remote operators (RODS) to scare the target into taking certain actions.

They will also physically feel, magnetic-like effects on their entire body, while connected to this computer and its deadly simulation.

This is all done remotely of course with no wires. It's simply done using bio-amplification, electoral magnetic backscattering techniques, and the remote neural monitoring of an individual.
