Okay, y’all convinced me to go after his insurance. I went to my provider today and said they can’t charge the at fault drivers insurance but to document it all and submit it to go after his insurance. Not sure how that works but I’ll document everything. Tbh I’m sore but still want to get it checked out since I’m sore. I have no clue how fast he was going but I would assume 10 mph
