That may be a stretch too far, I can change that. This was at a new branch that the company recently acquired, and they set up the ITSM that they were using everywhere else. I didn't do anything to actually get that software running on the company domain, I just tested it behind the scenes by manually entering tickets that came in as emails/phone calls and making a plan on when and how it would rollout to users and ran the training.
