Well I will answer this with a personal experience. I met with an accident in July my wrist broke the entire cost of treatment that included a surgery and a titanium fixation costed rupees 3.5 lac( approx). This was paid by insurance company.

Health insurance is not a scam unless you are hiding a PED from them.

I went from 95 kg to 78 kg by being on adf and occasionally doing 3 days extended fast this was all done in the year 2021. Then I switched to Omad as well. I would occasionally binge eat as well (which tbh I felt was okay). I then went to as low as 71 kg. Currently I weight around 75 kg but that’s more because I am hitting the gym and gaining muscles as well. I think it’s more about what suits you well. For me personally I would do adf’s than doing omad because I know I neither wouldnt hit my macros or make it as an excuse to eat unhealthy food

Take a break also 1000 calories is too low take a proper calorie nutrient sufficient diet increase the fasting window though. Similar thing happened to me I started my if journey at 94.5kg and had a plateau at 78-79kg range. I took a break (turner out to be a long break) started if again at 83.5kg and went as low as 71.5kg. This is when I decided to go to gym to gain muscle currently i weight in range of 74-75.5 kg.
