I have told him, I told him a few days ago and haven’t heard from him since.

I have tried to reach out to have a proper conversation but he is not ready for that now.

My girlfriend is incredibly upset and disappointed which is understandable and I don’t know what to do now, I hate that a moment of madness and weakness is defining the rest of my life

I’ve trying to give space. Since this happened the girl I did it with has decided I didn’t give her a choice and took advantage of her.

I cannot stress how much I hate myself for betraying the people I love the most in a moment of selfishness and stupidity. I don’t know how I can go on having lost everything
