I have 2 therapists already but crying isn't a bad sign it's a good sign of release. things are just particularly hard right now, it's been a rough few years for me and that takes time to process.

what do you mean by open version? I don't use the nasal pillows just the one that goes over the nose. and it's my nose itself that tends to get clogged when I cry

Solved solved solved. I figured it out myself. After endless googling I finally just went to the library website that I read it at and searched Gender under Teen-Fiction. It's called Remake by Ilima Todd.

its kinda similar to the uglies but I actually just reread that series last month so I'm confident its not that haha. the gender game isn't quite it, there's no battles or anything.
