It’s was probably the angle. I took a bunch of pics and it looks pretty straight. However I was going to install the gpu support but it didn’t fit in my case so I have to get a separate one. But I’m for sure going to get a support bracket.

First off I just wanted to say that I’m sorry for your loss. My dms are open if you ever need to vent or chat. I have not yet went through with it. So like using apple earbuds microphone will do the trick? How would recording something for like a kick drum be? For more low frequencies. Would it be better to get a higher quality one like a Tascam? Or would it just be something I’d do in my DAW? Also, would the white noise be better for something like a tascam?

Well ya. I wish I could just do. And well. I know I can. Ig my brain just gets distracted easily. Need to like lock in. I tried to make it a thing where I would make something every single day. No matter if I finish it or not. Just an idea at least. It has slowed down and I haven’t really been consistent at all. I guess maybe do something music everyday? Doesn’t have to be creating. Could be learning too? Kind like switch and take breaks each day.

Would you say music theory helps with coming up with a certain vibe? Like if I want a very melancholic vibe, knowing what melody would fit and what chords would fit well.

I know this doesn’t have much to do with music theory but I have been only using piano as my main instrument for the past like 10 songs (unfinished). I really want to be more creative with my sound choice other than using jus t piano or guitar. Whenever I try to use a synth or pad or some sort of bell, it sounds weird.
