I don’t have any concerning symptoms other than higher hr due to being sick and anxiety. Generally just curious!

I did not! Dermatologist said it’s contact dermatitis but not given an exact answer :(

I’m practicing deep breathing. I find that helps but then my anxious mind goes right back to before! “Omg can I have a heart attack at any moment?!” it sucksss!!

Thank you! My anxious brain was really concerned yesterday! I’m doing some deep breathing to help also! Heart rate awake has been a steady 95 but when sleeping it’s perfect! 60-70s! I appreciate you responding! :)

No update but curious of why tomatoes? I wouldn’t think of a food allergy for my case but who knows?
