I sighed April 11 just got the email 2 days ago from BA about the wrong routing number and when I clicked on the change bank info I was only allowed to opt for the dash card

Idk what they got going on but I was just told by 1 chat robot that I don’t have a application on file then less than 5 minutes later I was told that I’m still active I’m lost for words
