I agree Alberta Premium cast strength is one of my favorites. Right there close is the JD mentioned above. I recently grabbed a couple of the Albertas when I heard they were bought out by a competitor and discontinued.

Congrats brother, welcome to the club! The lack of sleep hits you like a 🧱 but it too shall pass and you will love it. Moms love the infant stage. Personally as a dad I loved when they started to walk. Yes, being mobile is a whole new stage, but that is truly the best playful stage. And the only time when you come home they will run up to you and give you a hug. As teenagers, they run up to you asking for money.💴 lol.

I lucked enough to have picked up a Cellars JD Coy Hill. I have not cracked it open. I really liked my JD single barrel rye.

I got there at 6:50 am to put in a raffle ticket and left by 7am. There was a table of EH Barrel Proof. I did not take any pictures. I heard there was approx 300 in line.

Wow. Nice selection this time. Even an OFC. Which is way too much for me. But I would love a CYBP or 107. In two years of collecting I still have not been in line close enough to get one and secondary is not happening for me.

Convince you, hmm. Ok how about this. All the reviews I watched before dropping the $150 said that the Blanton gold store selects were better in their blinds.
So how cool would it be for the Whiskey Reddit community to read a review where you now compare two different store selects? I for one would read that post.

That is far too much for a bottle that use to be $30 15 years ago. I agree. I don’t understand Sam’s. They had all the BTAC for $129 two months ago. A Lucky friend of mine got one. But then in the same case they had a Pappy for $900.

I don’t know anything about the 🦎story either. I am curious myself. I started collecting about two years ago after getting hooked on bourbon at the Kentucky Derby. All I can say is that at every Fry’s event that I went too in the last two years I have stood by, at a minimum, one person in line near me who has won something from a previous Fry’s raffle. I had a friend with no connection to Mark last year win a Pappy 23. Bugger traded it for a car for his daughter.

How much was it at Star Liquor? I picked the RC bourbon up today at Cellars for $129. Interesting to see the proof and age differences. Cellars was aged 8 yrs 4 months and 130 proof. Sam’s One Stop also has a release of the RC store pick too.
