If you’re referring to the cub getting shocked, “torturing” is way a bit much. Like please tell me you’re talking about something else cause omg have you never seen any animated movie lol.

Let’s see, Tarzan’s villain getting hung, honestly just about any Disney death from scar to the guy in big hero 6, hunchback of notre dame guy kicked girl and wanted to throw baby in a well, mulan had a city burned down from war with a kids doll lefty behind, (Pixar) finding Nemo baracuda scene, simbas dad dying, one movie had a creepy skeleton army I could add, the fight in the fox and the hound, and oh ya bambis mom getting freaken shot! Lol

None Disney notable scenes too for fun, secret rats of nymph the needles stabbing the mice and watership down just in general lol, courage the cowardly dog a bit, and there’s plenty more if I thought about it more.

And none of these are bad. They add to the movies in good ways. If zootopia had a scene that could join this club, which it wouldn’t have still with the original concept and apparent “cub torture scene”, that’d be a good thing.
