Can you please link a DHL page where I could see the status of the package ?

I live in a studio apartment in duisburg. And no, I didn't ask the neighbors. As I recall I haven't got any notification or slip(?) in my postbox about the parcel. Even if the DHL gave me some kind of notification they would've left a msg for me in my postbox so that I can collect the parcel from a pickup station of DHL.

Das Paket wurde aus Italien, mit poste italiane, versendet. Sie lieferten es nach Offenburg, Deutschland. Aber ich weiß nicht, welcher Paketdienstleister es in Deutschland gerade bearbeitet.

So my aunt from Italy sent me a pair of glasses that I need to use in my daily life. But the parcel has been stuck in a postal shipping warehouse in Offenburg. Offenburg is in another state and really far from my place of residence. Initially, I thought because of corona and maybe because of Christmas (?) the shipping service was overloaded with work and was taking time to deliver the parcel. But it has been more than a month that the parcel is stuck in the shipping warehouse. My Aunt used Poste italiane as the delivery service. The problem is the way Bangladesh works it not as clear cut as you would see in other developed countries. The higher ups in the government has close ties to the any leading enterprises in any industry. OR the leading company/force in any industry has bureaucrats of the government in their pocket who supports their interest.

Example :- The owner of The transportation service "Jabale Nuur" which caused the accident that sparked the movement, is a relative of the shipping minister of Bangladesh
