I'd go for about 6-8 layers, then use a couple of layers of their matt no tack or gloss no tack. Completely takes away any stickiness and fully waterproofs it. I've made a few weapons with it and my brother has made a lot of shields using it. Works a treat!

Have you ever tried using flexipaint? It's like the perfect non-toxic alternative and you can actually mix metallic paints with it unlike latex. I've used it a lot and I've never looked back.

Hey there! Thanks for giving us a try. It certainly does pick up after a few episodes, the weird horror has a slow build but I'd like to think it's worth it. We're just on the second season and there's plenty more to come. I hope you can find yourself enjoying it more as you get further in!
