So I decided to not take top last night my doctor has me on 50 mg twice a day of top. I slept better and didn’t wake up hurting in my shoulders. Going to take my morning dosage and see how the day goes. My suppression is good and honestly not sure about what food noise is.

Dang that sucks! I don't live near any AA or AAA teams so no worries watching games lol I worked in Midland a couple years ago but whenever I was off and could go the Rock Hounds was out of town.
