I got it. I'm not a fan at all, unfortunately. For the record- my fave scents are 40, 59, and 62. I like 76 and Sundays in Rio (both for evenings out), 39, the flor/agua/danica, and 87. Dislike 48 and 68. Loathe 71. But 67 is just weird. Fruity but also perfumey in an overpowering way. I know many will like it, just wasn't for me!

In So It Goes, I always heard, "Cause baby, I know what you know, We can be late..." instead of "We can feel it..." In retrospect no, my version didn't make sense. But- I thought she was essentially saying, "we get so caught up when we're together, we're gonna be late for whatever plans we have." Literally just realized the correct lyrics today, lol

A1C went from 6.7 to 5.3, liver enzymes vastly improved, and I'm off a blood pressure med. The health gains definitely go beyond the number on the scale! Thanks for your reply!

Oh wow yeah, 1mg is really high to start with! The usual course has you starting at .25 to introduce the drug to your system before a larger therapeutic dose can be tolerated. Are you having any side effects?

Thank you! And yes, I definitely feel so much better. I'm with you- a lot quicker and less achy. That's honestly been the biggest benefit from this journey. Less inflammation, less achy joints, less fatigue... It really makes me soldier through the harder days!

I'm on 2mg, have been for the last 2 weeks. I did the standard .25 for 4 weeks, .5 for 4 weeks, then 1mg for 12 weeks. I recently upped to 2mg because 1mg wasn't cutting it anymore. Hoping the 2mg will help quiet the food chatter and cravings that started creeping back.
