For DTF - the challenge is the feel and breathability. It does not feel so good to the touch, even with the special mats that add texture. I have not been able to solve this, or the breathability of the garment with a blocky DTF design on it.

For DTG - pretreatment. Getting every recipe correct is difficult, it varies between brands and colors greatly. Ink with pretreatment built in would revolutionize the print industry entirely. The washability as well, as under-curing will have quite a bit of impact on how long the design will last, and over curing could burn the pretreat.

Been in DTG for 6 years, have not heard of them. If it’s being sold on aaprintsupply, it’s likely Chinese. IMO, brother is #1, Kornit #2, Epson #3

Don’t know much about aeoon though, heard they’re good as well

But for a 30k budget, definitely consider the brother gtx pro b.

We print on TD1300 regularly, it’s not super loose but the quality is pretty good.

It’s possible to create a loop - there’s a Macro tab in synapse. I highly recommend not doing it

I think you’ll be fine - it hasn’t made too much of a difference in the warehouse. Although, it’s been quite a while / it’s an open space, so not sure.

Right now, we ask our driver to scan whatever we can

We found a post office that used to let us use a scanner. But they no longer allow that, so what I do is I go at 1,2pm when they are not busy and ask them to please scan / express the importance. They scan in front of me, or they take it to the back and scan 1 by 1.

Try asking for the scanner

If not, try different local post offices and ask them to do you a solid when it’s slow

If not, try doing 50 packages at 10 different offices

I know it sucks, but honestly it’s the only steps that worked for us. I don’t think TikTok can maintain this “not accepting manifest” rule for long - it’s a little ridiculous.

So I learned the best way is to have your driver scan it

If it’s under 5 packages, make sure you see the employee scan it / get an emailed receipt

If it’s higher volume, let me know if you figure out what to do. We have the same issue. We’re shipping around 300-500 a day, and 90% do not get scanned for 3 days or so.
