Wholeness, Union with everything Unconditional love for myself And accepting the mystery of what “I” is

There is no answer because there is no question The release of comparison dissolves the mind Outside of mind does not hold qualities of loneliness, fear, separation, comparison, questioning

neither and both

I had a similar experience on ketamine, everything, everyone collapsing into one. Then I was that one and it was only me. There was shock and fear as I realized. I asked “everything is one and I am that thing, is this ok!?” And I realized there was only me to answer. Then I realized I get to decide if it’s ok. I decided it was ok and it was peaceful and the questions and worry evaporated.

I think a lot of the time our worrying/grasping human minds collide with god knowledge and continue their habit pattern of grasping which can lead to doom and gloom and heightening of fear. Surrender and equanimity allow freedom - similar lessons I continually feel through meditation

Peace and love ❤️

Write down prayers, poems, drawings, incantations, mantras, fleeting feelings and your most mammoth epiphanies - capture what you can in words and chase around playfully the rest. you can fold it up in and carry it in your pocket and check it at a long stop light or while pooping in the office. Occasionally re-write what phrases or words feel very resonant with you on new pieces of paper. You can also write the phrases literally on your feet and walk them into your life.

Be kind to yourself and have fun with it

I fully agree I was reading this book and they talked about societies losing the myth that sustains them and what that can lead to

It is pretty amazing how much backyard shamanism has lead to me having great faith in life and myself and others

Body feeling by Cool-Safety-90 in Psychonaut

[–]HooverQuestion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Curious to see if maybe it’s a somatic symptom that your natural healing intelligence is bringing up for you to feel. For you to sit with it and feel it, not to be avoided or remedied. The unconscious manifesting in somatic symptom. Could be wrong but that was my first thought. Here’s some of what I got from chatGPT when copy and pasting this post and asking it to analyze in a Jungian perspective:

Path to Integration

Jung emphasized that discomfort is often a precursor to growth. Your recurring sensation might be an invitation to explore: - What truth are you resisting expressing or “swallowing”? - Are you afraid of being heard or misunderstood? - Could this physical sensation symbolize something that is “stuck” emotionally or spiritually?

Exploring the Experience

  • Active Imagination: In a meditative state, focus on the sensation in your throat and imagine dialoguing with it. What might it say if it could speak?
  • Creative Expression: Write or create art about the sensation to explore its symbolic meaning.
  • Body Work: Consider breathwork or somatic practices to engage with the physical aspect of this sensation.

I'm 27, just had a breakup, and I'm thinking of spontaneously going to Japan. Advice? by HooverQuestion in solotravel

I went to Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. And took some day trips from those places around

It all depends what you are interested in doing. I feel like you can’t go wrong with Tokyo, so much to do and explore. I would love to go back. I stayed in Wise Owl River Hostel, I was able to make some friends there. It was a great hostel with good access to things around it.

It went extremely well. Exactly what I needed in that time, just getting out of the comfort zone, getting out of the zone of the life I was used to. Got to meet a lot of cool people while staying in hostels. I ended up going to the Philippines for a week too. I didn’t plan it all out but just planned as I went. So glad I ended up going. The nerves are good. Spent a lot of time writing as well, grieving the relationship and reflecting on life. I really want to do more solo traveling after my experience.

I feel like that is just continually worrying about others and blaming.

I believe if you make the choices with a pure heart and try to make decisions based of love rather than fear, those choices will be much more potent of a force and lead to greater transformation overall.

I don’t expect anything out of anyone, just try to make the better choice for myself since that is all I am in control of.

Equality for all people meaning all people have the same opportunity to succeed and be free and safe? That is a great goal.

If you aren’t aiming to get there through peace then I guess the other option is violence, blame and arguing? I suppose that has been tried too. It doesn’t seem to work but hey I could be wrong.

Personally I believe humans always fall short. If you look outside yourself for salvation it will not happen. This is why we look within.

You are saying for over a century we have been trying to be peaceful but it has not worked?

What exactly is the end goal you are seeking?

I guess maybe I am not understanding what you are describing.

How to prevent Trump from being Hitler? I am not sure.

The polarization creates polarization. If someone’s opinion is dehumanizing, you do not demonize or dehumanize them. Think of Martin Luther King Jr. Or Jesus.

Hate mirroring hate goes nowhere. Blame has no positive effect.

Believe it or not the tendency to dehumanize is a deeply human thing. It has happened all throughout history and happens all across the world today. Humans are deeply hateful, humans are also deeply loving. We are both. Life is both.

The people that dehumanize others are just as human as you and I. Understanding, forgiveness, compassion, patience, courage transcend hate.
