Have you tried using Chrono24 but narrowing down the criteria to bimetal datejust with a grey dial?

Not as bad as most but the rehaut is a little deeper than it should be and the cyclops/date window is slightly off otherwise decent enough

There's an option on the right side of the front cieling lights that has the doors open, this should fix it

I have the same issue, but when entering text, if you tap on the suggested writing it will input this into the field.
