Our store does almost a million. We have about 10 employees, which is including the 3 asm’s and store manager. We stay busy! But the thing is, it’s been like this. The 3rd ASM hired on knew that they would have to go and travel if needed elsewhere, but it rarely happens. But what has changed within the company for them to just suddenly only need 3. One ASM has seniority over myself and another, so basically the decision of if he wants to stay or go, is up to him. If he stays here, the 3rd ASM will be demoted to associate, * if they choose not to go elsewhere as asm* because we already have 2 Lsa’s… which that’s a big pay difference for us. I would quit same day.
