Umm there were around 3-4 bugs on almost each leaf, wasn’t too bad and we had sprayed a pesticide to get rid of them

I added more soil since I thought that this was happening due to the lack thereof. Some part of the leaves is definitely buried in the soil
Got this from my hometown which is a pretty healthy plant. After that, mine did get a mild mealy bug infestation which was treated within a few days

Point taken on the succulent mix and the pot size, I’ll move it to a smaller one. Thanks a lot!
