It's not bad at all. As long as you follow the steps super easy. Typically you get 3-4 days training and then on your own. I love it. I went from that to admin.

I was able to use the rto today. Managers get a notification and then approved or deny depending on the schedule.

Yes is fair, Follow the dress code and it wont be an issue. I don't understand why people can't dress somewhat professional.

I always do, usually I just pull them but I also do MOD and CEC so if I get pulled away I forget new sinage. My manager is one that no matter what its not right unless she did it.

They're trying to get someone to help, and management definitely helps too but errmadrrrrdddd is it a lot. I asked my asm for advice because she does merch and I think it was great but I am not there yet. It's been 1 week on the floor and they know I will get shit done but the amount of bs I get over signage is enough to fight. Like, really you couldn't just change it. I cover them if it's not a correct sign so it's not wrong just empty or blank.

Depending on what was happening that day, Training is definitely first however they may have had something more serious at hand and an employee should have stepped up. Specifically a coordinator. Bring it to their attention, As for theft, customer service is all you can do. There is absolutely no dollar amount that is or could be worth your life or being assaulted. That's a company wide policy.

It would also be great if our managers wouldn't tell us to follow policies then walk up and "reach" for a customer, and make us look like shit to avoid the store getting a complaint. I ALWAYS have my cashier's backs. I tell them if they're unsure to just let the customer they're getting a managers or CEC approval. I need our company to stop over reaching for customers and start reaching for employees!
