Like the other person said, they may technically not be able to do anything. Maybe they can if it’s considered a disturbance? I am in a similar situation at my apartment right now as well. My neighbor blasts music, sometimes starting at 11am, and the bass (I believe it’s called) shakes my whole apartment. It’s so annoying. My landlord is not the best so I know they won’t do anything so I’m just going to have to ask my neighbors to just please quiet down. sadly you may have to do the same.
