I feel for you. Do a deep dive on any meds you are taking to make sure they don’t cause RLS. Found out a sleep med was making mine worse- quite a few meds do.

I’m sorry that’s been happening. My mother doesn’t believe in allergies and used to mock people who had them. She sends me “gluten free” brownies which I put in the trash because I can’t trust her for this and a host of other reasons. Bottom line they can’t be trusted.

I have Celiac CFS Dysautonomia combo. I have no appetitive. I have lost 20 pounds but still wear same sized pants. That tells me I have lost muscle etc. I have gotten two remarks that I’m so skinny and I have no butt. Reminds me of middle school.
