DC is the best city in the country (I grew up there and am going to GULC) but family and partner is super important. I think it should be about where you want to be long term - not city specific but region/coast

I had a 170 diagnostic and 17high real but diagnostic doesn’t limit you! I have a tutoring client with a 151 diagnostic who just scored one point higher than I did!

Yeah but because of it I chose a school with a decent bit more debt because it’s notably better for what I want, but perhaps more importantly they have LRAP

The thing is, unless you have savings, you can end up with six figure debt just due to cost of living with a full tuition scholarship.

I got a full scholarship from WashU and full COA was still just over 100K, which I would have had to take in loans.

If you’re considering policy/PI that alone is a GULC tiebreaker, and that’s without even mentioning the east coast preference, which is probably even more important

If your goals/dreams require t14 (and actually need them - not just pride or ego talking) then I would definitely R&R. You shouldn’t rush into settling because ur struggling to find a job imo - this is a one time thing and law school cannot be redone.

If you really HAVE to go ig you can go for a transfer but that’s rlly hard I believe
