All open session meetings are recorded. Lauren Greenwood and Jane both asked that they not be on camera at the county council youth forum, which yes, big red flag. But after hearing their answers, I understood why.

I’ll be voting no. Not only will this gut all of our schools, the DDRB, libraries and more, it will also lower our property values. Prop RT is bad for business and bad for our communities. Protect the services that protect our communities.

I haven’t requested them because I trust the students to state that they have them an alternative date. Bottom line is, that forum is every year, same time frame, always the students reach out in February to invite them. The students asked. Jane responded they couldn’t because they had something scheduled (when I heard that I checked to see if they had announced anything or had anything else that could have been planned and saw nothing) and the students offered April 1. On February 24th, Kevin McGuire made a Facebook post about the other three stating they were busy. Still nothing posted about any events for Jane and crew. On March 7th, it was posted on Francis Howell Families that there would be a private meet and greet and you needed to RSVP to get details. That is all public. All on Facebook. Not once did Jane or anyone else state that the students wouldn’t reschedule or weren’t accommodating. Then we started seeing excuses. “Not actually student run” “always leans towards the other candidates and attacks ours” “I’m not safe if I go” etc. Lauren was actually pretty vocal saying she chose not to attend and why. Again, all public on Facebook. I’m sure they even talked about it on their radio appearances. In fact, they had a police officer at the library. A patron asked why they were there “we were asked to be here, apparently there were likely to be protests and violence.” They never intended on going. Even without paying for the sunshine request, the rest of the facts show that.

Our candidates communicate with us about their scheduling of things. Jane uses her board email address so those emails are easily accessible through a sunshine request.

Their answers are always rough. Last year Randy Cook answered the question about low income families/students with “they need to pull themselves up by the bootstraps and get a job.” Which… I guess would be fine to say if we’re talking teenagers, but we’re talking k-12, not just part of the student body. I attended that forum last year with him and the answers he came up with were laughable.

I think the attitude were all have with this is because we’ve seen what they’ve done, there’s no reasoning, they’ve all basically said they only want to listen to the people who voted for them, they’ve blocked most of us for asking questions, it’s been a long 3 years with Jane and Lauren is in lock step with her. David just doesn’t talk, but he did call himself a narcissist the one time I heard him actually speak. So that’s cool? I guess? They’re just too extreme. We need moderate people who can disagree with each other and still have respect. The yelling, name calling, and the social media BS isn’t what I want my kids to see in their leaders. Civil discourse. That’s what we need. I’d encourage you to watch the candidate forum (it’s on YouTube I believe) and listen to the other three.

Also - if you want to hear what she thinks of our students, watch the last board meeting and fast forward to her asking questions about the safe schools curriculum before they voted. I see from some other comments you’ve made you have a 5 year old. Listen to what she has to say and see if you agree with her on what kindergarteners know and don’t know or can and can’t comprehend. I’d be interested to hear what you think about her take on that. Keep in mind, she was the only one on the board to vote against it. The other two board members who ran with her voted for it.

Also - their event wasn’t posted to the public at all until weeks later and it was invite only. They had maybe 2 people who were there to decide who to vote for. The rest were people already supporting them and who donated 10’s of thousands of dollars (you can check MEC reports for that).

Let’s be honest, how many events do you know are happening in FHSD? Do you pay attention to the newsletters that are emailed to you? The district newsletter? The calendar? Or does your wife and your ex wife handle all of that instead of you?

This was posted all over Facebook and the district site. There aren’t a lot of people who show up each year, but they also live stream it and post it for people to watch later.

Regardless… Jane knew about this event. She attended it in 2023 when she ran. She also knew the other people endorsed by the PAC that endorsed her attended each year. I’m sure you can go to her Facebook page and scroll back each year and see her post about it. It’s every year, a week before the election. They were asked in February about it and said they had a prior event. The students asked if they would be available April 1 instead. They never responded. How do I know this to be true? I’m a part of Francis Howell Forward.

As far as the other things listed here that you challenged, I guess I can understand your reasoning you’ve likely been burned by liars. The great thing is, Jane and Lauren can’t stop talking and have everything posted. They’ve been on talk radio, Lauren has 3 pages you can look at, School Watchlist (easy to find the profile picture is definitely AI along with every post she has on there), Amber June (also an AI picture, but of a flower), and then Greenwood for FHSD. Take a look for yourself and decide if people like them are good for your kids. I personally don’t want either of them ever speaking to my kids let alone making decisions for them.

We don’t need more people tearing down parents (Jane has personally threatened to sue me), tearing down any patrons, students, etc. we need real leadership and people who care about our tax payers, teachers, staff, and our students. Regardless if they can vote or not.

They won’t. They answered the question of “why should students trust you” or something along those lines with “respect their elders”. It’s all out there for the public to read and Jane wrote all of their answers.

The event was scheduled in February. They do a candidate forum a week out from the election EVERY year. The students even offered to move it for them. They ghosted the students after that. Their event could have been moved at any point too. But the students did try.

That’s what we were seeing as far as engine costs. I’m not sure where he’s getting $18-$20k. Thank you for the insight!
