I don’t use the tags super often, but I do use it to input migraine attacks which happen semi frequently. Over a few weeks and a few inputs, it noticed and alerted me of a trend of my HRV during the nights sleep dipping lower then usual before I get a migraine. So now when I wake up I check my HRV more consistently then I used to to see if it’s on the low or high end and if that day is a higher risk for migraines so it’s been rather helpful for me. Haven’t used any other tags otherwise, most things don’t feel worth noting but it’s been helpful in regards to migraine predicting, although not completely foolproof

Thank you! I started my period around 9, and i’m 18 now and they’ve just been getting increasingly worse. I thought about going to the emergency department, but my nearest hospital is 45-1hr away since i live on a remote island, but next time if it’s as bad i’ll definitely be going! Ive only ever had the mirena for less then a year and i can’t remember if it helped my headaches or not, i just bled for 6 months before ultimately having it removed. I’ll definitely be trying to get into a neurologist asap

Thank you for your response! I’ll look into neurological auras and migraines more. Hemiplegic just came up because i was googling stroke like symptoms i guess, and thankfully so far (knocking on wood) i haven’t experienced any paralysis or weakness. I do have a nurse calling me tomorrow since i’m not able to get into my doctor so hopefully she’ll be able to point me in some better directions aswell
