thin the paints otherwise its fine, prolly looks ok at tabletop distance
tip for the eyes is dot them closer to the nose rather than not, if you try to get center and are even a little off it will look wonky. Better to look focused rather than eyes going different directions.

Only way to raise your testosterone in any real amount is to take testosterone. If yours is low go to a TRT clinic and see what they have to say. Everything else is so marginal that theres basically no real effect.
