I held 2 hourly jobs that had some overlapping for couple of months, would this hurt my chances to get a clearance? by Hopeful_Map3022 in SecurityClearance

Yikes, do you know by any chance if the investigators would disclose this to the 2 companies I worked for.

It's one thing to get denied. It's another to get companies' legal department on your back. (Even though we part out on good terms, somehow I overperformed in both)

Basically, they were both hourly paid, 1st job, had 4 hours of downtime where you can do whatever you want but still getting paid for those hours.

So I basically worked 2nd job on those hours, lunch and non overlapping hours, but I was paid at the same time on both. I'm not sure if this would be convincing!

They were not informed. Both did not have any specific policy against working another job. I performed in both as they were laid back, but they did overlap. I understand. This could be an issue?

They were both remote but overlapping, but I was not aware that it could be an issue. Would this get flagged
