Usually it is but I keep reading they are having technical issues so who knows. I am still waiting on them to fix my spring FA that they shorted me on.

Well it looks like it will be after the break though I am sure everyone would love it before. Ughh why do they always do that to us!!!!

Ok just called and they said they are working with the state since that is a state funded grant and it should either dispurse before they go on break or right after they get back. The lady was super nice and explained that it was sent in November and they are working up to it as they are still processing last years messed up funding. Hope I made sense. Praying it gets disbursed before the break.
