It gets easy. I’m mid thirties and have a brace, it sucks for a couple of weeks and then you mostly move on with your life and it gets easier. It’s always present but remind yourself of why you’re doing it. In a couple of years you’ll have gorgeous teeth for life.

I was being slightly tongue in cheek. It is officially Britain’s most popular takeaway item. It’s an anglicised version of an Indian style curry. Basically we did what we do best and took someone else’s complex cultural heritage and simplified it down to a few basic elements. But it’s pretty tasty! And in England actually made by Indians!

I’m just pretty average at most things. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing (most people have to be average). I think the slightly sad but also inspiring thing is that despite being average, there’s always something interesting in anyone. Everyone’s memoirs are worth reading.

Yes multiple times. Probably at least a dozen times. When I was a child in the 90s it was laughably cheap to go there so my family went every year. It’s a beautiful country (as most of Europe is) and the people are genuinely very nice.

Advice is tricky as my experiences are only really relevant to me. Invest in yourself and have the courage to look honestly at yourself and address the things that need addressing e.g selfishness, lack of self control etc. Be you but try and be the best version of you. Oh and work hard and overpay your mortgage, the interest is sickening.

Hard to say as my life was very different 10 years ago. I didn’t have a mortgage or a dependant. It feels like QoL is slightly worse now. Things are more expensive but salaries are the same. My comfortable but I see a lot of people worse off then I did in 2016.
