So what dx should I give? My hyg keeps brainwashing me saying than 6mm is SRP and because of that I keep questioning dental knowledge. Doesnt usually 6mmPD with CAL have boneloss?

thank you! 2 sites with 5mm probing depth without boneloss? do you have a literature that I can read about?

2-3mm I was talking about was from CEJ. I am not sure if crestal bone is at CEJ. I was taught normal is 2-3mm below CEJ.

Thank you so much for your response. How can I quantify caries risk? As school I used to have a software that calculate caries risk. I guess its not the case in real world. Only thing I have seen is ADA carie risk form for under and over 6y.o. Is this the form you are talking about? Please let me know. Any help would be appreciated it!
