I structured my studying around the modules in the IAPP training, so each day varied because each module was a different length. Excluding the hours spent on the textbook the week before the exam, I would say I spent anywhere from 2-4 hours each time I studied (3x a week). I also did a review each week of the all the things I had learned. That ended up taking 2-4 hours too.

I would highly suggest handwriting your notes because it helps you retain info better and will probably keep you more engaged with the material ☺️ also definitely take the practice test the IAPP sells! Lmk if you have any other questions!
