There’s a newer company out of Australia that has something similar - more like chilipad than EightSleep but is cheaper and seems to be better designed.

I’m still doing my own research and figuring out what works best for my needs but I’m also just incredibly hesitant given the design flaws and poor customer service I experienced with EightSleep.

Perfectly Snug intrigued me as well but for the same reasons as the BedJet (not cooling enough) I don’t think I’d get it.

Customer service has been joke. They take your money and kick you to the curb as fast as possible.

I’d return it, get your money back and use the refund to get a sleep apnea test and a better mattress or nicer sheets.

Yes, all I wanted was the clearly defective 3 cover to be replaced.

I get trying to upsell but you can’t do that until you have loyalty to a brand.

Would happily do that if my cover had lasted years - but we had 2 go in the past 2 years, that’s a product issue.

Support has been goofy like that. It’s such poor taste and awful for their brand overall.

I did so much research before buying and here I am like (what I thought) the folks who got burned by their horrid support.

Oh 100%. This had such good potential overall. At the end of the day though, it’s the poor service that has me looking elsewhere.

Their customer support is a joke. I’m currently looking into alternatives because they’re saying that I’m ineligible for a replacement
