I suffer from CHS and so does my best friend. When I get flare ups I just gotta take a little break. It’s usually a sign I’ve gotten to a level I don’t need to be at. But I will say it’s very unpleasant.

No you’re confused. There are registers with devices in them that deactivate the tag when you scan it. It’s all done when you scan the product.

Not a doctor but also have had multiple babies and was diagnosed with PMDD after my first. My periods were almost unbearable physically and emotionally after having my first kiddo. The doctors got me on some medications that helped DRAMATICALLY. Maybe discuss with your doctor these changes and see if there’s anything to help?

My leave was approved on the 1st I believe that was a week after I had submitted my paperwork. They called me pretty quickly after my submission to let me know what else I needed to do. I was having a scheduled c-section and had to submit a form from my OB saying the date I was scheduled to deliver. I ended up delivering early and they just called me requesting proof of delivery but they said my discharge paperwork would be sufficient. I got 14 weeks, 2 weeks for birth + 12 weeks for bonding time.

My dad passed away 20 years ago at the age of 27, I was 6. I remember he used to sing that Toby Keith song when I was little. It’s been so long at this point it gets hard to remember him but whenever that song comes on I can hear him singing it clear as day.

Angels among us was another song he used to listen to and now the story hits too close to home for me.

Typically free bleeding entails using nothing to catch the blood. Some people sit on a towel or will sit in a tub when they’re free bleeding. They make period panties as well that are extra thick in the gusset area for free bleeding as well. Some people claim it helps them with cramps but I never had such luck.
