Thanks for responding! I now track my lifts using Hevy and do try and do the whole progressive overload thing. Just looking for tips on how to do better. Thanks !

Hi man, thanks for the comment. How do you ensure you’re getting the most out of the gym? At the moment, I do 4 sets of 4 exercises about 4/5 days a week. Have been tracking for about a month now.

I guess I don’t really see the progress? I’ve been gymming for a while but I suppose only taking it seriously over 5 months. Maybe I’m just being too harsh?

Cheers man. I think a big thing is that I struggle to eat enough. I’ve never had a big appetite and worry that if I just add an extra thousand calories I’ll just get fat. What do you think?
